LendingsTree is a loan comparison marketplace. Your loan application is processed by lender partners, so for most loan-specific questions you'll want to contact the lender directly. For everything else, here's who to reach:

Questions about how the marketplace works, account issues, or technical problems. Response within 1–2 business days.
Editorial / Content Corrections
Spotted a factual error in an article or guide? Want to suggest a topic? Email the editorial team. See our editorial standards for our corrections policy.
Privacy / Data Requests

For loan-specific questions
Once you've been matched with a lender through the marketplace, that lender becomes your point of contact for everything related to the loan — application status, underwriting questions, funding timeline, payments, and servicing. Contact details for each lender will be in their offer materials and approval communications.
Note: LendingsTree does not provide loan servicing, payment processing, account access, or any direct loan support. We are a comparison marketplace only. If you're having trouble with a lender, contact them directly first; if unresolved, you can also file a complaint with the CFPB or your state attorney general.
